Security guard services in Inglewood for the businesses, parking lots and apartment buildings next to SoFi Stadium, the Kia Forum and Intuit Dome. Our unarmed officers hold Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS) guard cards and follow post orders written for event days and ordinary days.
Few cities this size carry Inglewood's event load. SoFi Stadium, the Kia Forum and Intuit Dome sit within about a mile of each other, with YouTube Theater inside the 298-acre Hollywood Park development. On a date night, tens of thousands of people arrive on streets that were laid out for a quieter city.
For a business or building owner nearby, the event is not the problem. The overflow is. Drivers who will not pay stadium parking go looking for a private lot. People cut through apartment courtyards on the way back to their cars. A store gets a rush before doors open and another after the show, then nothing for two days.
CAL Security Group is licensed as a Private Patrol Operator (PPO) by California's Bureau of Security and Investigative Services (BSIS), and every officer we send is unarmed. Event-date posts and standing posts get quoted on separate lines, so you can see what a game night actually costs you.

Coverage gets planned around this calendar, not around a generic weekly schedule.
| Venue | What it holds | What it means for a nearby property |
|---|---|---|
| SoFi Stadium | Home of the Rams and the Chargers. Hosted eight FIFA World Cup matches in June and July 2026, takes Super Bowl LXI on February 14, 2027, co-hosts the 2028 Olympic opening ceremony and holds the Olympic swimming events. | The heaviest days of the year. Lots fill hours before kickoff and empty slowly afterward. |
| Intuit Dome | Opened August 15, 2024 as the Clippers' arena, with concerts through the year and Olympic basketball in 2028. | Weeknight crowds on Century Boulevard from autumn through spring. |
| Kia Forum | Concert arena running its own schedule beside the other two. | Late finishes, so the crowd leaves after midnight. |
| YouTube Theater | Six thousand seats inside Hollywood Park. | Smaller crowds, often on nights when the stadiums are dark. |
Two of those venues can run on the same night. That is the case to plan for, and it is the reason an Inglewood quote separates the standing post from the event-date posts instead of averaging them.
Event work and every-other-day work, priced apart.
An officer at the driveway decides who parks and who does not, keeps the fire lane clear, and stops a private lot from filling with cars that belong to the game. The log shows arrival times and any vehicle that had to be moved.
Event security →A uniformed officer at the entrance for trading hours, or overnight at a building that sits empty. Same officer where possible, so staff and residents stop having to explain the property every week.
Unarmed guards →Gates that close slowly, strangers following cars into garages, packages and bicycles going missing. Officers walk the levels, watch gates shut, and log how people got in.
Apartment security →Timed stops through the night at a group of properties, each visit logged. It suits owners with two or three buildings in the city who do not need an officer standing at each one.
Mobile patrol →Hollywood Park and the corridors around it keep generating job sites. Materials, copper and equipment need a night presence, and cleared lots need someone checking that nobody has moved in.
Construction security →Opening and closing rounds, response to alarm calls with your keys and codes, and timed fire watch rounds while a sprinkler or alarm system is out of service.
Alarm response →Officers work property across the city, from the blocks around the stadium and arena to Market Street, Morningside Park and the residential streets between them.
Inglewood is about 6 miles southwest of our office at 1208 W Jefferson Blvd in Los Angeles. Other city pages close by, by straight-line distance:
Three of these come up on nearly every Inglewood job.
Inglewood runs a citywide residential parking permit program built for stadium traffic: parking longer than two hours on a city street needs a permit before 8 a.m. and after 5 p.m. Households get two permits free and pay $100 for extras. Event drivers who cannot park on the street go looking for private lots instead, which is where the officer at the driveway earns the fee.
Any home or business in Inglewood with a working alarm system needs an Alarm System Permit, $53 to start and $16 a year to renew. The first two false alarms in a calendar year are free, the third costs $50, the fourth $75, and the fifth and each one after $100. Outages, severe weather and phone line faults are excluded.
Alarm response →Inglewood's special event permit process asks for a certificate of insurance covering the host and, where one is used, the private security service provider. Guard numbers are set in the permit conditions case by case. We supply the certificate naming your event, and the officer count in the quote matches what the permit calls for.
Every officer holds a BSIS guard card: fingerprints through the California Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI, 40 hours of training and 8 hours of refresher training each year. State law, at Business and Professions Code Section 7583.40, requires $1,000,000 of general liability per occurrence from a patrol operator.

Unarmed guards in California bill at about $22 to $40 an hour on the open market, event dates included. Both are published market ranges, not CAL Security Group's rate. Inglewood has no city minimum wage of its own, so the wage floor is California's $16.90 an hour in 2026, lower than in Los Angeles or Santa Monica.
What moves an Inglewood quote is the calendar. A lot that needs one officer on a Tuesday can need three on a Sunday with a full stadium, and an event night that ends after midnight costs more than the same hours on a weekday afternoon.
Our event security cost guide covers the event side, and the general cost guide covers standing posts and patrol.
Event dates fill up. Send the schedule you care about and we will hold officers for those nights rather than scrambling on the day.
Send us the address, the events that affect you and the hours you want covered. We will walk the property, look at how crowds and cars reach it, and send a written quote, post by post.
